“I began my fitness journey at 17, learning powerbuilding and old-school compound lifts as a base from local coaches. Further in my career, I’ve since worked with notable coaches like Matt Janson, Phil Viz, and Bleu Taylor, refining my expertise in diverse diets and different training styles. I’ve recently taken more of a lifestyle training style and diet and used the knowledge from my bodybuilding experience to figure out what works best for my life. My goal is to make specialized, functional diets that don’t make dieting boring. I want to include your favorite foods and allow flexibility with your social life. I cook, eat out, and enjoy dessert everyday while considering macros. I’m big on food and want to show a few staples of fun recipes such as prep friendly protein pancakes, tacos, sandwiches, pastas, and fun desserts such as brownies and protein ice cream drizzled with Carmel syrup and hot fudge! You can have this food everyday on your diet! I want to teach others how to do the same. I do offer coaching on just nutrition. I work with off season competitors or competitors getting ready for a show as well as lifestyle clients and competitive athletes. To people who just want to clean up before a vacation or excell at there sport, Whatever you want to achieve, I’ll help you get there no matter what life throws at us through our journey. I can’t stand when people say there too busy or don’t have time… there’s no excuse, give me a chance and I promise we can reach your goals no matter what.
